Letter from Lieut. Col. C. Morgan, Quartermaster General, submitting a general return of boats and budgerows employed in June last, giving, reasons for the difficulty in procuring boats and budgerows, requesting that certain orders may be issued to the officers concerned to obviate this difficulty and promissing to send a general return of the camp equipage of the armed in due course.
