Governor- General minute proposing that two of the largest pilot vessels ( Col. Watson being one) may sail with the Duke of Kingston to Madras to accommodate troops that will be sent there, and that Col.Watson vessel may be despatched to Europe with adviaces from Fort St.George when the transportation is effected.
