Letter from Lieut.General Sir Eyre Coote, reporting that the men on board the Duke of Kingston are extremely sickly that the pilot has declined to take charge of her till the 19th instant on account of the tides that the has ordered the bales of raw silk on board the Duke of Kingston to be transferred to the Walpole, that the salt provisions of the ship are found to be of a very bad quality and requesting that steps may be taken for an early despatch of stores for the troops.
