Letter from Mr.William Larkins , Accountant General embodying an extract from a letter addressed to him by the Paymaster to the troops detached from Bengal to Madras and agent for the supply of treasure consigned to Sir Eyre Coote, intimating that the teeasure sent by the Duke of Kingston and Free Mason has been landed safely and stating that the disbursements of the whole military establishment will not be met by the funds at his disposal.
