Letter from Mr.William Larkins reporting an instance of official neglect in respect of an omission to furnish him with the accounts of the late agent for supplying the treasure consigned to the late Sir Eyre Coote in 1783-84, with suggestions to prevent the recurrence of similar cases in future but stating that the present Secretary is not to blame in the least in this connection.
