Draft of a Letter of a Board of Trade, bringing certain paragraphs of the General Letters from the Court of Directors of the 25th January, 1782 to their special notice, and intimating that they have issued a publication to prevent any assistance or support being given to foreigners contrary to Act of Parliament.
