Extract from the minutes of the Board in the General department., dated the 14th February, being the resolution of the board on the letter from Lieut Col. Polier, stating that Lieut Col Polier, is not entitled toa share in the cmmission on the revenues but only to the usual leave allowances he not being attached to any corps of the army.
