Copy of a Letter from Mr.J.H.Harrington Acting Collector of Calcutta, to the Board of Revenue, reporting that the small plot of land to the west of the Madrassa asked for by the Commisioner of Police for the use of the Scavenngers office belongs to the Madrassa and that the college authorities are unwilling to give it up.
