Passages Decision that as Messrs. D. C. Faulds, Assistant Loco: Supdt: and F. T. Castells, Auditor, Loco: and Carr: and Wagon Department, B. N. Ry. were actually in the service and on leave on the states on which they were awaited of, the payment of the cost of those passages out of the sums at credit in the respective passage accounts is in accordance with the Passage Regulations.
