Passage Regulation.Decision that if the Military Passage Regulation were applied according to the ---intention of the civil------Major D.B.M. Rawbone, I-A. Adjutant, Allahabad contingents AFI who went to south Africa on a Lee concession passage, would be entitled to the payment representing Mr. Rawbone’s railway fare from Durbon to cape Town, provided that the maximum amount admissible to her under the Regulation in respect of the entire journey (Sea and land combined) was not exceeded.
