Decision that the post of the Land Control Officer should remain in the Lower Gazetted Service and that the officer to be taken on loan from the Punjab Govt. to fill this post should be allowed to draw pay in his own scale plus special pay calculated at 10% of his pay, subject to a maximum of Rs. 100/- per mensem.
