Orders (i) that a subordinate officiating as an Executive Engineer may be granted an allowance of Rs. 100/- per mensem (ii) withdrawing the restriction in Article 124 (a) C> S. R. limiting his salary to the minimum pay of an Executive Engineer of the old provincial scale (iii) that officers of the new Provincial Engineer Service officiating in charge of a Division should draw pay on the senior scale corresponding to the stage on the junior scale the pay of which is next above their pay on the Provincial Engineer scale, and (iv) that offg; service so rendered will count towards the next increment on the senior scale if and when next officiating (v) granting increments on the senior scale of pay for officers of the Indian Service of Engineers to members of the new Provincial Engineering Service when placed in charge of divisions as a temporary arrangement.
