Approval of the Proposal that men who are allowed to remain in the service on reduced pay owing to defective eyesight r any other infirmity or cause due to no fault of their own may be permitted when they retire to draw gratuity calculated on the rate of pay they were getting when they were disqualified for service up to that date and on the reduced rate of pay for subsequent service.,
