Southern Railway: Paying non-artisan categories of Ticket Printing Factories overtime above 44 hours up to 48 hours per week-Is it appropriate to consider Dearness Allowance and Hours Rent when calculating overtime that is owed under Departmental Orders? It was made clear that the approval provided in Board letter No. E/LWA/64-AT-FAC/1-2, dated 10-3-64, did not permit calculation; instead, departmental payments were to be determined based on pay and dearness pay, as appropriate. The directives went into force on September 18, 1961
