Rule 1315-RI- 1) amended so as to provide for calculation of special contribution for the broken period, if any, on reduced pay during the second spell of service. 2) When special contribution equal to 12 months, pay has to be calculated under rule 1314(5)-RI, the distribution of 12 months should be done at the rate of 1/4th of a month for each completed 6 monthly period for service in the first spell, the balance being taken for the second spell on reduce pay
