1.Sanction to the grant of a gratuity in respect of his service on the Oudh and Rohilkhand Railway, to the widow of the late Mr. W. H. Jacob, Guard, who Resigned his appointment on the Oudh and Rohilkhand Railway, with a view to continue on the Mesopotamian Railways, and subsequently died. 2.Railways informed that when an employee resings his appointment for this own benefits and convenience, he ipsu facto forfeits all claims to gratuity.
