The employee concerned was transferred to Northern Railway subsequently. The question who should bear the cost of the Scholarship? Decision that the scholarship granted by a Railway Administration should continue to be met by the staff Benefit Fund of that Railway even when the employee is transferred to another Railway Administration should continue to be met by the staff Benefit fund of that Railway even when the employee is transferred to another Railway Administration and it should continue till the course of study is completed if is not forfeited otherwise
