Notification of the Govt. of India, Finance Dept. entrusting Provincial Govt. with such agency functions of the Central Govt. under the pension Act 1871 as were discharged by them before 1-4-38. Decision that as Political Pensions and other pensions paid by the Crown Representative rank of other pension and are not Federal Pensions the Said notification does and apply to the said pensions.
