Ruling by the Legislative Deptt. that officers of the Crown representative may be entrusted under the new constitution, with any functions by the Federal Govt. for instance, officers of the political Deptt. may be employed by the Federal Govt. as Agents for the performance of certain duties under the Indian Arms Act.
