Decision to issue Gazette extraordinary giving public notice that the Instrument of Attachment in respect of smaller units in the Western India States Agency become operative for the date of publication of the attachment notified in the Agency Gazette and that the its Validity is unaffected by any action by Unit holder such as refusal to accept it.
