Qualifying service for pension in the Assam Rifles .Enquiry from the cocomptrollers Assam whether Govt. of Indias order of 1938 are still in force after the passing of the Assam Rifles Act 1941. Decision that all rules and orders relative to the Assam Rifles made prior to the enactment of the said Act continue to be operative after its enactment if not inconsistent with the said Acvt or modified by later rules and orders made the said act.
