Assam Rifles Act, 1941. Decision that all rules & orders relative to the Assam Rifles including all service rules relating to the Condition of Service of the personnel of the Assam Rifles Force, made prior to the enactment of the assam, Rifles Act, 1941, shall continue to eb operative after oits enactment unless otherwise modified.
