Grant to the Simla Municipality for the completion of the schemes of water-supply and sewage in Simla, of a loan of 3 lakhs of Rupees and of a Contribution of Rs. 143669 from Imperial Revenues, on the understanding that an equal sum is given to the Municipality from the Punjab Provincial Revenues.
