Orders on the proposals of the Chief Commissioner, Central Provinces regarding- (1) the grant to the Nagpur Municipality of a loan of Rs. 62,000, repayble in 30 years, for improving its water-supply and drainage schemes, the loan being consolidated with the balance of the two previous loans from Government granted in1890 and 1892; (2) the reduction of interest on the consolidated loan to 4 percent and; (3) the extension of the period of repayment from 20 to 30 years.
