Requisition to the Military Department for Consolidated Returns of European and Eurasian Uncovenanted servants in the Military Department throughout India for each year; and to the P.W.D. for similar Returns. (These Returns are required for transmission to the Secretary of State for India, with reference to his despatch, No.161, dated the 30th June 1864.)
