Lieutenant Samuells, Protationary Assistant Revenue Survey Department, who has lately passed the perscribed examination for permanent appoint to that Department, to do duty for 6 months with a Topographical Survey party, and his pay and allowances for the period in question to be debited to the Revenue Survey, the Dpartment to which be belongs.
