Public Works Departments intimation that the Financial Resolution of the 3rd April 1868, sanctioning an Establishment for Preliminary Survey for a canal from the Ganges near Rajmehal to Calcutta, has been communicated to the Government of Bengal, with the intimation that overseers 1st grade for surveyors should be read for Surveyors in the Resolution.
