Ruling that restriction by the Govt. of India of the officiatings pay of Secretary of State`s officers as result of the Economy orders was ultra vires of the Provisions of the Govt. of India Act, 1935. Cancellation of that portion of the Economy orders which related to the reduction of the officiating pay of Government Servants.
