Decision that Mr. S. DSilva, Assistant Supervisor, Security Printing, India, should be allowed to count for the purpose of increments in the scale of pay of Junior Supervisor the period from the 6th February 1939 to the 31st March 1939 during which his officiating pay as junior Supervisor was restricted under Fundamental Rule 35 in virtue of the Economy Orders.
