Decision on questions raised by the P. W. Department, whether, in calculating the License Tax, deductins are to be allowed on account of Travelling expenses and contract allowances and other allowances; and also whether the extra allowances for P.W. Officers serving at the Presidency Towns and in Assam are subject to the Tax.
