Grant of compensatory (City) allowance and house rent allowance to Railway servants, whose depend family member are in receipt of a small pension. Reference from the ministry of finance Decision the following note shall be nsert below para 3(d) of Board's memorandum No. E 47 CPC/14 dated 1.1.47 'Note A person n receipt of a gross pension including temporary increase in pension and pension equivalent jof death-cum-retirement gratuity) not exceeding Rs. 100/ per month or a person whose retirement benefts (Government contribution and interest thereon plus special contribution) are equivalent to gross pension not exceeding Rs. 100/ per month, but jotherwise dependent on and residing with the Railway servant shall be considered.
