Addition to Section 4 of the Civil Leave Code explaining the meaning of the words ``leave allowances of an officer chargeable to several accounts according to the rule of properties.`` Leave allowances of an officer who has served, previous to the commencement of his leave, in an appointment the pay of which has been derived otherwise than from the Indian revenues, to be charged according to the ``rule of proportions.``
