Decision that Surgeon S.Little, who obtained one year`s furlough out of India on medical certificate from December 1886, under Civil Rules, is entitled to the furlough allowances under the Military Leave Rules from 19th May 1887, the date on which his service were replaced at the disposal of the Military Department.
