Decision of the Home Government that Mr. W.A.Russell, of the Educational Department in Bombay, is entitled to receive his furlough allowance in England at the exchange of 2 shillings the rupee; and that Messrs. W. Wordsworth, T.B.Kirkham, R.G.Oxenham, and A.Barrett of the same Department are not entitled to receive their pensions in England `` at the rate of one pound for every 10 rupees.``
