Proposal to grant Mr. W.P. Roberts, General Superintendent, Public Works Workshops, Madras, the triennial increment of Rs. 100 on the present scale of pay of his appointment with effect from the 18th August 1918, and that his pay be increased to Rs. 1,300 a month rising by annual increments of Rs. 50 to Rs. 1,600 a month.
