Sanction to the pay of the appointment of Mr. H. A. F. Musgrave, Superintendent of Local Manufactures, Calcutta, being fixed at Rs. 800 rising by annual increments of Rs. 50 to Rs. 1,250 a month without Exchange Compensation Allowance but with Calcutta House Allowance as admissible under the rules, and to his drawing Rs. 1,000 a month with effect from the 1st May 1914 and subsequent increments annually for approved service.
