Decision that a Police Probationer in the Bombay Presidency, who has passed his examinations, has served two years in the Police Department, and has attained the age of 22 years, shall, for the purposes of pension and leave, as well as acting allowances when he officiates in an appointment in the Police Department, be treated as holding a substantive appointment under Government.
