Article 459 (b) C.S.R. Decision that an officer who retires on competion of 55 years age under---cannot be treated to have retired voluntarily for purposes of clause (8) of Aricle 475-A. C.S.R. excepting in one instance namely when Govt. want to retain him beyond 55 years age but he does not wish to stay on.
