Decision that all recipients of rupee pensions proceeding to the United Kingdom, and drawing their pensions from the Home Treasury of the Government of India shall be granted the minimum rate of 1s. 9d. the rupee from the date of their last payment in India to that of their last payment in the United Kingdom.
