Orders on a question whether a period of one year spent on furlough out of India by Mr. J. M. Macpherson, Deputy Secretary to the Government of India, Legislative Department who was appointed on special conditions as to pension, may, under Article 445A of the Civil Service Regulations, be reckoned as service qualifying for pension.
