Enquiry whether an officer in the service who attained the age of 20 years on or before 18th December 1890 but had not reached the age of 22 by that date should not count service from that date, i.e., 18 the December 1890, for pension. Application from Mr. Owen, Port Blair, requesting that his service qualifying for pension may be reckoned under article 358 (A), Civil Service Regulations.
