Remarks in connection with the proposal of the Secretary of State that any retired officer who has been drawing his pension in India, or in England through as agent while resident in India, shall be entitled, on the completion of six months after his arrival agains in India, provided that the period of his absence shall have been bona fide spent in visiting or residing in a country of which the standard is gold.
