Grant of compassionate allowances to two Duftries in the Offices of the Cuttack Salt Agent and the Magistrate of the 24-Pergunnahs; and recommendation to the Home Government for the grant of compassionate allowances to all servants of Government in the inferior and ineligible grades, who may be cast out of employment on reductions of establishment after completing thirty years service.
