Sanction of the Home Government requested to certain alteration in the C.S.R., with a view to providing for the grant of superannuation pensions to members of the Bengal Pilot Service, and to the cancellation of the rule Article 748 (b) of those Regulations under which not more than four retiring pensions may be granted to Pilots in three consecutive years.
