F. R. 9(6)(a) ----- Amendment of ----- and Article 358, 374 and 561 C. S. R. consequent on the decision that service of officers recruited in England should count for leave and pension from the same date as they begin to draw pay. Decision that it is not necessary to adopt the amendment made in F. R.9(6)(a)(i), for the services under the rule making control of the G. G. in council.
