F.R.9(6)(a)------Amendment of-------------and Article 358,374 and 56/C.S.R. consequent on the decision that service of officer recruited in England should count for leave & pension from the same date as they begin to draw pay. Decision that it is not necessary to adopt the amendment made in F.R.9(6)(a)(c) for the service under the rule making control of the G.G. in council.
