Report to the Secretary of State, for confirmation, of the proceedings of the Government of India sanctioning, with effect from the 1st May 1893, the proposed scheme for the re-amalgamation of Oudh with the North-Western Provinces for the purposes of postal administration, which involves a net saving of Rs. 748-13-4 a month.
