Grant for the months of November and December 1897 at the rate of Rs. 1-8, and for the months of January, February and March 1898 at the rate of Rs. 1, of grain compensation to servants on Rs. 12 a month and under in the Secretariat and other offices under the Government of India in Calcutta.
