Extension by 2 months of the period of employment of the Committee appointed to enquire into the existing accounts procedure and system in audit in the Postal Department and creation of a temporary appointment of a Superintendent on Rs. 300 a month to assist the Committee in preparing the technical changes in Codes, Manuals and Accounts.
