Papers bearing on the question of the opium smuggling carried on from the District of Chittagong into British Burma. Bengal Government requrested to take measures with a view to limit the supply of Opium in Chittagong to what is required to meet the local wants, and to enter, if necessary into direct communication with the Chief Commissioner, British Burma, on the subject.
